Here's what happens if you're an Irish teacher and you refuse to call a boy a girl:
Yes, Enoch Burke, the man who refused to call a male student by a female name and feminine pronouns back in 2022, will once again spend Christmas in jail. He's spent a total of 500 days behind bars since then, mostly due to contempt of court.
From Ireland's RTE:
Teacher Enoch Burke has been told by the High Court that he will not be released from prison for Christmas and will stay in jail until he gives an undertaking not to trespass at the school where he used to work.
Mr Burke was ordered back to prison two weeks ago for contempt of court by continuing to turn up at Wilson's Hospital School despite a court order directing him not to trespass.
So this is technically contempt of court because he keeps showing up to the school that fired him over the gender cult nonsense. In real-life terms, the man simply has a backbone.
The contempt of court charges could multiply, which shouldn't surprise anyone who's been paying attention to this story.
The court also heard that the Attorney General is considering a request from the judge to consider taking criminal contempt of court proceedings against Mr Burke, his brother Isaac, mother Martina and sister Ammi for their conduct in court.
