The National Education Association, apparently needs some help in the area of spelling, cuz check this out:
$3,500 to defend democracy against Trump and they misspelled "fascism."
NEA pledges to defend democracy against Trump's embrace of fascism by using the term facism in NEA materials to correctly characterize Donald Trump's program and actions.
The members and material resources of NEA must be committed to the defense of the democratic and educational conditions required by our hopes for a just society and the survival of civilization itself by stating the truth.
"THE SURVIVAL OF CIVILIZATION ITSELF" depends on the people who think Trump is a fascist but can't spell the word fascist!
Is anyone surprised at all that the NEA would come after Trump like this in the first place? I mean, I should be mad, but I kinda expected this.
In another indictment of our education system, the New York Post highlighted the correct spelling of fascism for their own story making fun of the NEA:
