The Memphis Safe Task Force organized by the Trump administration has arrested nearly 1,200 people in just three weeks, including 180 suspects that were wanted for violent crimes, and handed out more than 2,800 traffic citations.
As it turns out, when you penalize crime and then enforce those penalties, it keeps mankind's fallen nature in check.
