NASCAR racing youngster Connor Zilisch just had a dangerous, and on top of that embarrassing, moment in Victory Lane.
And THAT'S why you should probably keep the helmet on until you're safely on the ground!
Hops out of the car, Red Bull in hand, champagne, which the 19 year old isn't even old enough to drink, spraying all around him, and slips on the window guard thing.
He just face-planted and knocked himself out!
Zilisch gave an update after getting out of the hospital.
I hope his body and his pride make a full recovery.
