I don't think we need to belabor the point as to why Americans "aren't afraid of climate change," though it's worth sharing just a brief smattering of recent news stories to really hammer the point home:
Not hard to figure out why we've shrugged all the doomsday predictions off for 30 years!

Maybe CNN should try more activism to get us to care!
