Nothing like a little controversy for the holidays!

The popular YouTube show "Financial Audit" run by Caleb Hammer helps people figure out their budget problems.

But people are starting to notice there's a theme when he helps U.S. veterans with their budgets. 👇

Caleb: There is not one veteran that has been on the show that does not have disability, by the way. Does every veteran you know have disability?

Guest: As far as I know ...

No one is questioning whether our vets go through hell. No one thinks that they don't earn whatever we can give them.

But I thought that disability was for people who are unable to work or keep a job because of an actual injury in the military, not because you feel entitled to an additional $3,500+ a month for the rest of your life from American taxpayers.

There is not a single veteran that has come on the show that does not just get endless money for the rest of their life with disability.

The comment section went to war.

One side:

The other side:

The national numbers show that 29.6% of military veterans are on disability from their service to the country, but the post-9/11 rate of disability is closer to 40%! This is partially due to more anxiety and PTSD diagnoses.

And somehow, every vet that is financially irresponsible enough to end up on Caleb's show is also on disability.

Imagine how hard the "we have to cut military benefits" ad is going to hit next election cycle.
