Here we go again β same song, different verse,
A federal judge blocked the Trump administration's attempt to deport the family of Boulder, Colorado, firebombing terrorist Mohamed Soliman.
Weird, I thought that Democrats were against family separation!
The latest power play from the seemingly omnipotent federal courts saw Judge Gordon Paul Gallagher temporarily prevent the deportation of Soliman's wife and five children pending further review.
More on the story from Politico:
His wife and children were taken into ICE custody and were facing expedited removal on Tuesday, according to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
'We are investigating to what extent his family knew about this heinous attack, if they had knowledge of it, or if they provided support to it,' Noem said in the announcement.
Soliman, an Egyptian national who was staying in the U.S. illegally, reportedly spent more than a year plotting the attack, which left more than a dozen people injured by firebombs and a makeshift flamethrower.
Judge Gallagher (along with his cartoonishly large jaw) is just the latest instance of federal judges standing in the Trump administration's way at every turn.

A hearing on the case is scheduled for next week.
Stay tuned to find out if Sponge-Judge Square-Jaw's judicial activism is successful.
