Milwaukee is no stranger to socialism, so we can't say this one's surprising, but get a load of Common Councilman Alex Bower, a self-proclaimed democratic socialist, and his solution to the "climate crisis":
Bro, we can't just solve our problems by having the government essentially take over everything.
