Governor Pritzker of Illinois and Mayor Johnson of Chicago are grandstanding and oppose Trump's "takeover" of Chicago in favor of the gangs takeover of the streets.
But Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee would gladly take the help in Memphis which is known as one of the murder capitals of the South. And the Democrat mayor in Memphis is also happy to have the help.
