The people who want to take your guns have NO IDEA HOW GUNS WORK.
The reality is, we have these assault rifles that can reel off 30 clips in conjunction with a magazine before the person even needs to reload.
This might actually be more idiotic than what Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said in 2024.
Guns are pretty simple. Anyone who has ever fired one could tell you the basics.
The modern semi-automatic platform based off the Armalite Rifle designed in the 1950s has a modular, easy-to-assemble frame that uses a removable magazine, like almost every modern semi-automatic weapon.
Older guns, like the M1 Garand in WW2, often used a clip to load the bullets instead. These were replaced by removable magazines.
Saying guns "reel off 30 clips in conjunction with a magazine" is so supremely stupid that I can't even think of an analogy to compare it to.
