This is so "Seattle."
A man was walking across I-5 when a police vehicle approached him. When the lady cop got out of the car, here's what happened:

At 11:45 a.m. on Christmas, this female cop got a call concerning a Seattle man who was running across the freeway. And then as you saw, a mockery was made of female cops and the dude darts off in the lieutenant's police vehicle.
It wouldn't be long, however, before some troopers in pursuit of the stolen vehicle pulled a pit maneuver and got the suspect in custody.
